It’s in the refrigerator right now, marinating. I couldn’t help but think of the line from “The Night Before Christmas” about the children being nestled all snug in their beds as I tucked the chicken away under its Saran Wrap duvet for the night.

  1. Looks v. easy.

    • It was a doddle, except that I got to the part where you seal the chicken in a Ziploc bag with the marinade and vigorously squish them together — and then found out that my Ziploc had a hole. Horrors!! lol I was squishing *very* vigorously, too.

      • ouch. Well, I guess your fridge will smell like it too 🙂

      • Ha! Yes. And my counter, and the dish rack, and part of the floor. All had to be washed, before the dog could come and help by licking it up.
